Bill Prokes and I loaded up 78KA for a trip up to
the Factory. About 75 degrees, sunny and clear
at CHD. By the time we arrived at ELY we had
snow showers and 25 gusting to 35. Bill landed
on 30, "the ultralite runway", and very carefully
taxied to fuel. When we were ready to takeoff
he snapped a shot, notice I am leaning into the
wind. It began to clear as we flew North and we
got a shot of a Cumulus Granitus. Good headwind
all the way, last shot is the sock at Homedale.
Good fun and Bill was soon at work fitting the new
prototype cowls.
