    Default 1/16" Bronze lexan

Sabic plastics has 1/16" inch or 1.5mil bronze lexan for turtle deck and or side windows, it does have a UV rating i think 35% blockage, problem is it's a $100.00 minimum order and a full sheet is just under $75.00 , if your getting 2 sheets its not a problem, shipping is also around $100.00 unless your near an outlet for Sabic plastics, right now in chicago there is 168 sheets

Wow, that's really cheap for 4 x 8 bronze - I hope they quoted you the right stuff.

Have you considered window tint film - just to see if you like it. It would be pretty inexpensive.

Also might try a local greenhouse or sun room builder/installer. Sometimes they have extra from projects or could lump you in with an order to save some cash.

Checked everywhere around here, the window tint film could work, but i have scratches in the windows and they need replacing so i will replace with tinted lexan, allot cleaner look, dont have to worry about bubbles etc

I hear ya! Still sounds very cheap for that size bronze sheet. Is it cast or extruded? If you are doing shaping or forming (turtledeck), you might want to go with extruded. Post the specs or the links to them - I'm curious as to how theirs is about a 1/3rd the price of what I'm used to seeing.
