    Default New to the TeamKitfox

    Hello everyone.
I signed on today and thought I'd say hello....hello!

Built myself a Classic IV a couple of years ago and now I have about 170 hours.
It has a 912 UL and the basic instuments.
I live close to Atlanta GA (GA80)
Right now I am in the process of building a Skybolt.

Looking forward to interesting topics and conversations.
    Cheers. Eric.

    Welcome Eric,

A forum in its' infancy. Hopefully we'll look back someday and remember how this started. Randy L has thoughtfully started this Kitfox site and surely it will be destined to grow. Pics of your plane would be a great start.

    Steve. Thanks for the welcome.

Strange, I don't have many pictures of the Kitfox.
Will send this one and then search around for more.
    Greetings. Eric.

    Welcome Eric,
From one of the list old timers, June '08, wow time flies. Anyway, what a great lookin' plane you've got there. Good luck on your next project. I love the smell of MEK in the morning.

What' are you guys building or are you flying a Kitfox? What model?
I spent 5 years working on the Classic IV. Completed it in 2003. Could have completed it sooner, but little things get in the way and sometimes, for months, nothing was done and then I would finally take my vacation time before the end of the year and production would start again. With this momentum, I would continue for a couple of months, sometimes working into the small hours of the mornings.
But' what an incredible experience during the build. That is why I am working on a Skybolt.

    Steve.
Took a couple of photos and sending them in; Pictures from a couple of different angles. Inside and out

    Cheers. Eric.
