Eddie yes thats masking tape on the tubes, unfortunately they needed to change colour for my paint schem. Getting paint on the tubes with out runs or touching where I had just painted was another task... Glad its done now!

Big day today spent painting the fuselage and un masking.
Looking forward to getting it back on its landing gear next week.

It really starts to look like a plane at this point. When I got to this stage I felt like the end was within reach. Yours looks very nice. Are you done painting and leaving everything silver?

Hi Phil, thanks, its a nice point to get to that's for sure!
Not quite finished painting yet, still flaperons, wing struts and then I have engine cowling to fit and paint. As for the silver I'm thinking I'll get it all assembled and see how it looks, but at this point I'm liking the plain silver with a red interior.
