After 7 years it’s hard to believe we are at this point... it’s paperwork, final inspection and then there are no more excuses!
Engine run was last week which went great with it firing on what felt like the first cylinder, much to my relief as there was a small crowd watching on.
I will post some more detailed pics at a later date when I get around to taking more.

Ben that is one mean lookin Kitfox, she looks like she's ready to launch just sitting on the ramp. I suspect you are in for some neat Australian adventures. Keep us posted on the performance one you get to flying-enjoy. Has been fun following your high quality build. Bruce N199CL

If you can just deliver it to Manjimup that would be great. It would have been Bunbury but we're at our daughter's house for a while. The product of all your hard work is looking very, very nice indeed
For those who are not on the Kitfox Facebook page, Saturday was the big day... our Kitfox took to the skys for its first flight and flew beautifully, hands off straight and level.
I only have a couple of teething issues at this point. One is the airmaster propeller not governing properly with the issue narrowed down to the controller so it is on its way back for repair. I have to say airmaster have been fantastic to deal with. The other issue is the Earth X battery fault indicator light coming on in flight and it has also come on when charged with the optimate charger, the aircraft charging system is regulating properly so I’m thinking it’s a weak or un balanced cell.
Looking forward to sorting these couple of issues out and keep on test flying.
