FYI, all you need to register your EAB is a kit serial number and an engine serial number. You don't have to have even started the build. I have my registration, and I'm still working on the fuselage chapter! (I registered now so I could quit renewing my reserved N-number).

True, but... Some state revenue offices look for new registrations so they can dig into your wallet. Don’t know how that part works yet.![]()

You need to find out what each state says. In Idaho I cold just let it go until the plane was flying by checking a box that it wasn't flyable.
