We never have been a fan how the NR spinner doesn’t track straight. 3d printers can print very large now so I am working on the design and then making a mold.

Wow! You got a big printer!

Are you going to lay it up in carbon fiber?

I love my NR prop. The spinner - not so much. Mine is a bit off plumb as well. I did mess with it some and it is a little better.

    Hi
Do you by chance have a picture of the diagonal brace you removed so you could use the EP32A alternator?

This diagonal brace should not be removed. It will change the load structure of the mount..

Edge has a 15 amp slim alternator that the diagonal brace does not need to be removed.

    Mold is sanded and prepped!

Making template to cut carbon. I am going to try a wet layup and then vacuum bag it.

Carbon cut and ready for resign.

It worked! Now to figure out how to trim it and to mount it true on the back-plate. Any tips?

Diamond coated blade in an oscillating tool or diamond wheel in a Dremel. I got an assortment of the latter for cheap on Amazon.

Looks fantastic, by the way. Well done!
