    Default Firewall forward question

I apologize if it’s been answered before but if you have a model 4 with a 582 in it, how involved is it to put in a 912? Besides motor what would costs are involved?

Kitfox probably sells a firewall forward kit that would include cowls, fittings, fuel liners, engine mount etc. Everything you would need the 912 fwf kit for a model 7 is roughly $5k

The new Kitfox Catalog shows the firewall forward kit for a model 4 to install a 912 series to be $4795, your choice of round or flat cowl. Not sure if that includes a new throttle cable or not.
