is the usual configuration towards the forward, or rearward limit of CG range?
the paperwork for this project didn't include a weight and balance for the float to wheels conversion that kinda almost finished when it went up for sale. It got the rear header tank and rear battery tray conversion in 1993, before the 582 was swapped for a 912 ... now you know my excuse for not having the numbers for where I'm starting from ...
so far the tailwheel is bigger and 4# heavier ...
and the battery cables could be two feet shorter if the tray is moved ahead
