    Hi,
keen to hear from anybody who has the Titan 340 in their S7 (if any?)
I am looking at the climb and useful load specs.

The factory had one installed for a year or so. I don’t think they have released any performance specs. I am building a series 5 with an IO-340. Hoping to do engine runs by end of November. Maybe fly in Dec. I don’t know of anyone else building with this engine.
My post is Jeff’s 340 kitfox.

In round numbers the empty factory S7 was about 1000 lbs. Climb rate in the order of 2000fpm.

My 5 with an IO 360-J2A heli engine weighs about the same as the factory Titan 340, and I am seeing 1750-1800 fpm at 80mph. Currently using a 72" prop but longer 76" prop on order which should increase the climb. I have the standard wing.

Still in the early testing learning stage!
