Twin Oaks Airpark in Hillsboro doesn't have their Carbon Cub anymore for flight training
Does anybody know where I would be able to get my PP in a taildragger in the area?

Check out Columbia Aviation Center in Scappoose. Talk to Dave Algren, he is a great guy with years of experience and only teaches with a taildragger. It is a Piper Pacer PA 22-20. I will be soloing soon

Hood River and The Dalles both have Carbon Cubs, I believe. How about a dedicated trip to Stick & Rudder in Idaho?
I would definitely think about the Boise trip upon purchase. Dalles would be a bit far for weekend but of need be id do it, just want taildragger more than anything.
Joe - thanks for the heads up with Columbia, emailed them yesterday.
The FBO TacAero in Hood River (4S2) specializes in tail training. They have J3, top cubs and carbon cubs for training. They are actually contracted to do all the 40 hour fly offs for Cub Crafters new planes out of yakima (I hang out with about 3 FX3's every day).
Highly recommended and you'll get plenty of cross wind training out here.

I'm the only guy around here with a kitfox tho.
