    Default Flaperon Rigging problem

Hello all--- I preparing N443DM (mod IV) for 1st flight and am having a problem rigging the flaperons!

1st-- the construction manual call out an angle of 19 to 20 deg down from horizontal on the flaperon bell crank. I also have spec sheets that says the angle should be 11 1/2 deg. I don't know which is correct.

2nd-- is the flap handle suppose to be full forward until it contacts the cross tube during the setup procedure.?
    Thanks for the help

From my Model 4 Classic manual dated Sept. 24th, 1992 revision:

Step 16: Adjust the flap push-pull tube so the angle between the belly of the aircraft and the # 15049 Bellcrank is 11.4 degrees as shown in Fig. W-E-6.
(A Smart Level is invaluable for this.)

This figure (11.4 degrees) is confirmed in Fig. W-E-6.
