Serial number (frame)

Could someone tell me the location of the serial# this is an unbuilt Avid IV kit. Dated 1992. Was the number in the builders paperwork? And was it stamped on the frame? The more info I get the better, I need to current owner to find it. I understand this is the Kitfox fourm and I m not a member to the Avid group. Thanks for your time. Regards Joe

There are some Avid guys here though:-) I don't believe you will find any serial # on the frame. The number should be in the paperwork. JImChuk

Thanks Jim. I have asked the owner to search the the original paperwork and boxes, we will see what turns up. Regards Joe
