I've been doing some maintenance on my Mod7 and been dealing with Leading Edge on parts. My first order I was waiting on a tracking confirmation and called them to find out the order was already at my post office. My next order required getting some tech help. Low and behold I was actually connected with Patrick in shop and answered my questions and ordered parts. No waiting for someone to come out of a meeting to talk to or leave a voice mail that never gets returned. Highly recommend these folks they definitely exceeded my expectations in customer service and promptness.

That is totally awesome! Expect the opposite should you buy avionics from the West Coast Aircraft Spruce.
