Eddie - thanks for the stock receipt update. I called ACS a few weeks after I ordered one (so long ago that I forgot I have one on order) and they said production was stalled due to ..... wait for it..... covid. Maybe we'll both get ours next week?? BTW - not to keep you from buying a welder but I made an adapter by epoxying a short length of aluminum tubing into a stripped plug and the pneumatic fitting. If you go with the welder - you have my word I won't tell your wife it wasn't really needed.

J, what's the quality of that set? Is it worth the $60.00?

I believe the quality is just fine. Its quite a bit less expensive than most. How can you go very wrong with two gauges, a pressure regulator, and orifice manifold and some adapters. As someone said, you could easily make your own; in fact a friend of mine did but it cost him about $50+.

I know what it should be. What I meant is what does that amazon compression tester actually have in it?

109JB - I saw that question answered on the Amazon site. The customer said:

.040, what its suppose to be.

Thanks, Good to know. I'll be ordering one if I can't find the one I brought from my father's when I closed up his house after he passed. Looked everywhere but to no avail. Will try once more tomorrow and if I don't find it will push the order button.
