It was a pretty nice Fathers day. I have met another Bucket List item. I had previously flown with my oldest boy but this Fathers day was spent introducing my youngest to the experience of flight. Both of them have been in a Piper Cub as well as a Great Lakes Biplane to do some aerobatics. My youngest never took the controls on either of those flights. Fathers day was the first time he actually flew a plane himself beyond video games. He flew it as if he were playing a video game though. Staring at the G3X the entire time.
He had a great time though. He actually did a great job holding altitude and making turns. No, I wasn't doing inverted flight or anything. Maybe Desertfox4 Can help with righting the pic?

Nice way to spend Father’s Day. Can’t reorient the 2nd photo until I get home to my computer Eddie. Not entirely sure when that will be. Sorry.

This could only come from an attorney's mind. this is from page 16 of the Rotax 912iS maintenance manual.

"Thes engines are for use in experimental, uncertificated aircraft and vehicles only in which an engine failure will not compromise safety".

    WHAT?

My boys and I are making it to OSH! Not bringing my plane but I will make the best of the three days in attendance. Mon thru Wed. Might even camp there one night if my sister has the gear available. See ya there hopefully.

I apologize ahead of time. I hastily put together a short video to satisfy family who push me to show the video of the latest flight yesterday. The music is corny and its wrought with issues I am aware. I barely know how to operate the camera let alone do a really nice video like Trent and or Scott Palmer. How did Scott get so good with the videos so quickly? Anyhow, if you care to dabble in my 3.5 minute post, feel free.

I thought that was good, Eddie! I believe I'd gag that terrain-warning women if I had one of those newfangled glass panels though.

LOL John, I forgot to apologize for that ahead of time too. I know, I actually blocked it out I think. Watching the video on my sofa and I couldn't believe how much that thing was talking. Holy cow. I need to investigate how to tweek that parameter maybe. Shrug
