sure is. Where is this information at? Is it in the Rotax manual?

The Rotax electrical guru who makes the status monitors I mentioned previously also makes up wiring looms for the engine. If you look in the attachment you'll see the wire sizes in the table of 'what's included'. I think I'll get him to do mine (mainly because I'm both inept and idle)
Edited to add: I've literally (this morning) managed to get some of the electrical installation pages from the 2014 version of the manual. In that version of the manual it lists the sizes, as per Ross's post. Apparently, in Revision 2 they upped the original AWG14 to AWG12 for the Fuse Box 2 but all the others that I can see tie in with Ross's information. If you let men know your email address I can send you the pages that were kindly sent to me after a request on the Rotax Forum.

Figuring I must be overlooking it someplace, I have located that in the POWERTRAIN section vs the electrical section. Thank You
Eddie
oh, that's tempting. Thanks Paul
I will email them.
good info Paul.
Eddie - yes, from the manual. I am not at home at the moment Eddie but from memory the wiring details occur in 2 different places in the manual - a bit annoying and confusing but remember having to cross reference the 2 sections to get al the info I needed.
cheers

Oh yes, I'm paying attention. But still playing with Oratex and panel layouts. You have plenty of time to smoke test the wiring before I get to that point.

Think I'm going to take on the main wing strut fairings before I hang my motor. I'm tired of stumbling over these fairings.
I recall the time when I was trying to get the Jury struts exactly right. It was one of the crappiest experiences. Anyhow, I got everything where I liked it. NOW, I am faced with having to remove them in order to get the fairings on?! It was absolutely painful trying to get them correct, now,, How am I going to remove them, install the fairing and cut the hole in that fairing to locate the clamp exactly where it is right now? The instructions mention nothing of this. I think these fairings may have come from IKEA.
