Min 91 Oct Mogas. Because that's really what the Rotax 912 series motors are designed to run on. Your's being an iS Fuel injected, should have zero effects from running Mogas in the system. Some of the ULS versions get heavy floats in the Bing Carbs, wont affect you, that's the beauty of a FI motor.

    Eddie,

The regulatory requirement is for minimum octane (in this case); so I did "Min Octane 91" (which is the requirement for the 912ULS) on both sides. My DAR was happy with that. That takes care of the requirement for minimum fuel grade.

If you want the reference, it is 14CFR23.1557
    .....

(c)Fuel, oil, and coolant filler openings. The following apply:
    (1) Fuel filler openings must be marked at or near the filler cover with -
    (i) For reciprocating engine-powered airplanes -
    (A) The word “Avgas”; and
    (B) The minimum fuel grade.

If AVGAS is not required for the engine, it does not have to be the fuel filler opening

The fuel sight gauges indicate the volume in gallons so that is not an issue at the fill point anyway; but, gallons is not required to be on the fuel filler opening anyway

I like gallons on mine too but sounds like your DAR doesn’t care about gallons.
No need to mention additives at all.
    I did the same.

With my N number being N1701K, my left tank will be labeled “Matter”. The right tank will be labeled “Anti-Matter”
