    Default Aileron idler bellcrank Binding

Anybody have this issue, I put the controls in my Model 1 the other day and can't figure out how to make these rod ends work in all positions with out some Binding, My first thought is a High misalignment rod end? What do you all think.

Try installing the two connected rod ends at 90 degrees to each other.

Rotate the U-bracket attached to the castilated nut 90 degrees.

The U bracket needs to rotate freely with fore and aft movement of the stick.
