I had a very similar issue with my quick build kit but only in the outer two bays on both wings. I cleaned off the hysol and re did the prep of the spar as stated. I checked all other bonds and they were all ok.

I lost a few on my model 4-1200 with factory built wing, and several others were loose, and could be made to move with a little sheer force.

I purchased my SS7 kit in 2012 with the prebuilt wing option. None of the false ribs were installed. Just the majority of the main ribs

I had this same thing happen to me on a factory built wing. I checked all the ribs and found that just a lite tap would break them lose. I reprep and re glued all the false ribs.
