Lemon Pledge, or Meguir's especially if it needs a touch of polishing out (I used for acrylic, haven't tried on polycarbonate - great but $$ and don't let it freeze).

I use plexall, works great and is priced right. That will sell direct if no one sells it close to you.

White vinegar mixed with water 50/50 in a spray bottle, works great.

I've tried everything under the sun and once I found Plexus I knew I had finally found what I was looking for. It's not too cheap compared to other products but I haven't found anything yet that touches it. Prist would be a close second, but after using Plexus I wouldn't go back. The lemon pledge leaves a nasty greasy residue and some people have claimed it yellows plastic after a while.

I have only done a quick scan of the article, but Aviation Consumer's May issue has a comparison. They like Plexi-Clear, All Kleer and 210 Plastic Cleaner & Polish. They did not test Plexus, but I have been very pleased with it on my motorcycle helmet and windscreen since getting a can at Sun-n-Fun years ago.
