John and Company, are you guys going to have another mixer with the Rans folks again this year?

Debra and I discussed different options for this years Oshkosh. Decided to keep it simple...
Wednesday 30 July 6:00 pm. Currently at the booth...
Pizza and soft drinks...
Well I've got a room at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
I'm working on my Flight plan, and thanks to the Kitfoxer that posted the MoGas Link, I should be able to get MoGas on the way up and back. Now all I need is good flying weather, the Grace of God, and I'll see you in Oshkosh.

I look forward to seeing everyone again. My plane will be parked down by the Ultralight area, my cell phone number will be on the prop tag.
Don't be shy. Give me a call or text.
I've made day trips to Oshkosh many times over the years, but this will be my first overnight/camping with the plane (ss7). I would like to be where most of the kitfoxes are and I am reading that several of you will be at the ultralight camping as opposed to the homebuilt camping area. What are the pros and cons of these two area?

In order to park at the ultralight/light sport area on the south end you need to fly into that field. That's a new rule for this year. It's a tight 1200' strip, your SS can do it, no problem, but that's up to you.
Most of the Kitfoxers park in home built camping (dispersed as you arrive) or home built display, near the flight line just south of the warbirds (no camping)

I'll be having a little dinner get together at my campsite (Camp 75) on Friday evening after the airshow, open to any fellow TeamKitfox-ers who may want to join in. I'm just across the street from the Ultralight Red Barn.
Sent me a pm if you are interested so I will be sure to have enough food on hand, I'll send my cell number and directions.
Hoping to make Osh this year for a couple days. Plan to camp to get the whole Osh experience hope to meet some of the people that have been so helpful on the forum to put a name with a face. Will be watching the weather closely as to when I will be there so not sure when I will leave. When it comes to weather I have turned into a wuss.
Me too! Thanks for planning that, John & Debra!
