Hi All,
I would like to see what people have for hours on their zipper kits ,
If you could tell which engine you started with, which zipper kit installed and
compression,
the hours since doing the conversion and any details you think pertinent.

I have the "low compression" 105 hp Zipper kit in my plane. I started with a 912UL, 80 hp engine. I did not want to add the slipper clutch and high torque starter so I stayed with the low compression version.
As of today I have about 30 trouble free hours on the engine. I should have 130, but my stupid day job keeps getting in the way of my flying fun timeā¦
Pretty much ditto of Av8r's comments. I would have to look at the hobbs meter but I know it is less than 50 hrs. Same reason for few hours...Darn work and other commitments seem to get in the way of my flying!! Oh, and the weather this summer hasn't been the most cooperative for the days I can/want to fly.
