The entire interior of the wing can still be inspected after the leading edge is installed, even with the bottom fabric in place. The rib to spar application is not very pretty, but structurally sound.

I called and asked. I was told by the MD-RA to NOT permenantly bond it until the wing is inspected as they want to so see the spar all the way around.

Best to ask your MDRA inspector.......

the dumb thing is that if you bought a plane from USA with 100 hours in logbook then they do not inspect inside the wing.

It would not be too nice if they wanted to see after the LE had been installed.

It will vary from inspector to inspector I have found

Good Luck - 32 C in the wind here now brrrrrrrrrrr -21C just outside

Must be really cold there with the humidity from the lakes. Being from Sarnia, I know that -25 in SWO is like -40 in Alberta

JF, I don't think an MDRA would give you a hard time since you can see in the inside. I had called and showed the instructions and they told me what they thought but that was just one guys opinion. I wouldn't sweat it. Glad to hear your project is moving
