6 tabs on bottom of kf5 fuse?

There are 3ea tabs about 1ft from sides of fuse. I am getting ready to cover, is this for wood stringers? Pencil shows brackets. Any pics on how other finished fabric on bottom?

I think those tabs are there for the cargo pod to attach Under the belly.

Thanks, these answered my question. Today I was number 2 for takeoff behind P51 at Burbank airport, I was flying my RV6A!
