    Default Wing tip repair

I had to modify the wingtip on my SS7 with Hoerner(?) wing tip. Do I use epoxy or polyester resin? Thanks.

    Jeff,
Polyester sticks to Polyester, Epoxy sticks to anything. I'd go for the Epoxy. You can also make your own light weight Bondo like filler with the epoxy and microballoons. If you need some drop a PM. I have lots and can spare some. I doubt you will need much. I just checked your profile. I am a DDS also - retired.
