Thank you war eagle. The info is very helpful. The get into the game price is 12,000. More then the 912. What is the difference in the overhaul of a 912 vers.
    914. I have an Instrument Rateing so high is Ok. I have used 02 in the past. But I would be concerned at 120 knots when the oil burners are at 400. Well with the doors open you could at least wave again thank you for the info it is very helpful!

No experience with the overhaul costs yet.

I would think it will be more than the 912s because of the turbo, the computer and the exhaust system which are the major differences, but no specific information or data in this area.

The TBO on the 914 and the 912s are both rated at 2000 hours.

Thanks so both engines are the same. And one more is the turbo normalizing or over boost? The latter I would guess given the same TBO. Thanks for your reply.

The 914 is turbocharged and not turbo normalized.

When I take off at full power I am doing so at close to 40 inches of MP
