Default Dihedral Angle against which spar?

Trying to figure out which spar to measure the 1 deg dihedral against on my Series 7. The "text" in the manual says use the front spar, the "figure" in the manual suggest using the rear spar. Any ideas as to which it is?

    Thanks,
    Jeff B.

I used the front spar to set dihedral and the rear for washout....

I used the front spar. I never noticed the discrepancy in the manual til now. For what its worth, if you set the front spar at 1 degree dihedral, by the time you put in the washout, you'll have about 1.18 degree dihedral at the rear spar -- hardly even a measurable difference.
