Enjoy the covering process Josh. One of the most rewarding parts of the build.
Pictures look good. I was told several time that there is no mistake that can't be fixed right up until the paint goes on. I found that very reassuring and true.

To totally prevent ravels: after you have drawn your pencil line where you intend to cut the fabric, brush on a thin stripe of PolyTak cement over the pencil line, then cut. No ravels whatsoever.

I feel like my posts are getting repetitive. Lots of pictures of white fabric.
A bout of the flu has slowed me down so I haven't worked on the plane much. Hopefully I'll be back to it tomorrow. I want to finish covering the control surfaces this weekend and hopefully start on the taping. It's a long weekend up here (Victoria Day) so I am hoping to get a set of extra hands to tape. Since Natalie is based out of Toronto right now for work, I can't enlist her.
Looks great.
I'm curious about how much, if any, I need to sand the ribs so their profiles are in line at the front and rear tips?
Are you referring to the ribs on the vert stab or the wing?

I would lay a straight edge across them and sand them so they line up as well as possible.
