Default Positioning the door frame into the fuselage.

The instructions state to use hot glue gun to secure the shims and door frame to the fuselage. When you have the windows installed, how do you get the completed door off with it hot glued? It also mentions to hot glue the spars to the work surface so they won't move. Do you use a heat gun or---? Thanks

I used hot glue as instructed with no problem. Hot glue is not very strong, especially on the smooth powdercoated surfaces. In fact in a couple of places it came loose too soon. You can easily push the door frame out from the inside (breaking the glue joints) with the bubble window clecoed on.

Thanks Jiott. Then I will glue gun it.
