Looks good Larry, I'm jealous of your nice grass. Mine is growing in on the runway extension, but it's not near as full as yours. The picture makes it look better than it really is. Jim Chuk

Come on guys, be nice. I haven't seen green grass since early June. Seriously, both locations look great and Jealous is a nice description of how I feel right now.

All is green and growing like crazy here. I spent several hours mowing today before I went flying. We've gotten near 8" of rain in the last week...
Awesome, great to see a Pilot land & departed from his own grasstrip!
That's what we all dream about!......
Nice!

Way cool Larry! Would love to have a setup like that. And so green too!Would give me an excuse to have an old tractor
But, love Colorado and won't be leaving.

Very cool Larry..
0" of rain in the past 8 months.
Nothing green here except the trees and the grass on the river bank that should be the bottom of a lake finger. I call this my therapy flight, those that satisfy the hunger before a day of work in the Hanger. It is a straight out departure from 061 then over a dirt strip on the top of a hill then to the South Fork of the American River, then over Folsom Lake and the Browns Ravine Marina - Yeah right! This then puts me on the perfect 45° entry to Runway 31.

That was nice, Lowell... man, you sure do use a lot of that runway getting off - NOT!
