Thanks Harlan. My hope for you and Susan and all the members building their dreams right now is they can enjoy their Kitfox as much or even more than I am enjoying mine. This is what I hoped to do with mine when I invested 5 years and a chunk of change putting it together. Sometimes I forget to even take a photo and share it here I’m having so much fun. No excuse really since we all carry a pretty good camera with us everywhere we go now days. That reminds me.
Here is one of me and “Geek” flying around Sedona the other day when he stopped in to visit.

I enjoyed it as well. I mean heck if you're going to go fly, might as well pick a place that is just flat out gorgeous! Thanks again Steve.

New to this forum and new to Kitfoxing, out on a training, discovery flight this week in Ohio. Wind was 270@4, visibility 9 with haze and saw this boundary layer. All kinds of things to discover, thought this was cool18576F6A-BD15-4AA4-BB43-5CE095E10E99.jpg

Welcome to TeamKitfox Chris and the fun world of Kitfox. That boundary layer is very prominent.
I haven’t spent any time flying Ohio yet but imagine lots of beautiful grass strips to explore being the Birthplace of Aviation.👍

    Hello all.
I have finally come up with a photo that I feel satifies me as much as many of Dustins pics. I am always so envious of his pics out in the backcountry. Keep them coming Dustin. This pic is out in the high desert east of Edwards Airforce Base at El Mirage dry lake bed. Can't really beat sunrise flight IMHO.

That is a beautiful photo of a beautiful Kitfox Eddie. Still love your paint scheme.

I agree that is a very nice picture of your Kitfox and background!

Daylight is by far the best time to fly IMO.

Eddie looks good! Love watching the sunrise while flying. Something about landing off airport out in the middle of nowhere knowing the only way your getting back is the the machine you built!

IflybyJim (he gets the blame for a lot of things I do) suggested a great grass strip to check out.

Nothing spectacular, just a pretty low-resolution shot that a friend with a Garmin camera on his Carbon Cub got of me, while we were playing around at a couple of dirt strips North of Denver. He was quite a ways away and above me.
