    Default forward wing attach pin

    hello everyone,
after installing the wing attach reinforcements on my ss, the forward pin is very difficult to install by hand. does anyone know the allowed tolerance for the spar holes?
    thanks, ken

I know of nothing else than that is is to be put into its place with a hammer (rubber peferably).

I use a plastic/rubber tip hammer to knock them in ever year when I do my
annual. I usually grab them with vicegrips to pull them out. Not the easiest
process, but I don't do it often so no big deal.

When mine are greased up I can slip them in by hand easily. They are not loose though! Use a reamer of the proper size and your good to go. There is no reason to have to use a hammer to put the pin in place!

I reamed my attach points twice. Once before adhesive/rivet, and once after. They are still a snug fit. I like the close tolerance.
