    Default Manifold pressure

I'm getting ready to install a manifold pressure gauge. The compensation tube does not have a pick up for the pressure line (old style). Any ideas on how or where to "T" into the line for the pressure pick up? A new one from Rotax is $120.

    Hi Russel

When I installed mine I just replaced the complete "balance tube"assembly with a piece of automotive vacuum hose and half way along installed a "tee" to connect the manifold line. I also put a very small zap strap around the manifold line in order to restrict the flow and reduce the needle bounce at the gauge.

    Seems to work very well!
