    Default attaching elevator plates

    Guys & dolls,
    Forgive me for asking so many (undoubtely dumb) questions - but there is soooo much to learn, and so little I know...
    For example:
    How did you attach the plate to attach the coverplates above and under the elevator? It has to be attached after covering the vertical stab., but the edges will be so sharp I am afraid for the wear...
    So: Riveting afterwards seems to be the thing, but how do I get a rivet-gun in front of this plate (too little space for it....)???

    I wanted to be able to remove the fairing so I used Tinnerman nuts and screws that were in the kit.
