Default IVO 582 Light vs Medium

Put this over on the Prop forum too but nobody ever hangs out there so thought I'd see what folks think here.

Thinking of switching to IVO on my Model II 582 Bluehead. Two blades vs 3? Diameter? Light vs Medium?

Oops. Sorry. Gearbox is C model with 2.48 (or is it 2.52) ratio.

Try 2.62:1. 3 Blade ultralight If your on wheels, 68" on floats 72". I like my 72" on wheels also, I will trade a couple MPH for a bit more climb. Go IFA if you can, gives you the best of both worlds!

Thanks AKFlyer. You'd think, after all these years of flying my Kitfox, I'd at least know my gear box ratio !

Hey, has anyone ever tried one of these?
