    Default Getting ready!

We are in the final prep stages of our trip to Sun 'N Fun! The plan is to shove off Saturday morning at (for me) 5.30 am.

We have a total of nine (9) planes in our group from Central Wisconsin. 3-Kitfoxes, 2-Avids, a Rans, a Champ, an Aircoupe and a C150!

We'll be in the Home Built Camping area, hope to see you there!

We (JimS & I) are home.

However one of our party, a fellow Kitfoxer (not a member here) is not home and won't be for a while. Hopefully he will come home, some day soon. I won't go into detail about this out of respect to him and his family, so please don't ask me to.

But please, if you could: Keep a fellow Kitfox brother, that you don't know, in your thoughts and prayers, it would be very appreciated.

    Larry,
Sorry to hear of a fellow Kitfoxer having had a problem. Will certainly keep him and his family in our prayers. Keep us posted.

Just an update on our 'brother':

He is being dismissed from the big university hospital to go to a rehab facility nearer to his home. He is not home yet, but he is well on the way.

Thanks to all who kept him in your thoughts and prayers.

I'd also like to thank the designer (we'll debate who that is somewhere else) for designing an immensely strong 4130 chrome-alloy cage that did not collapse on impact. This is what saved our 'brother's' life.
