I wonder if anyone has experience with these props for 1000+ hours?
I believe you're right in regards to the flex/twist Jim. I don't know anyone that's run one for 1000+ hours. I'm pretty conservative in terms of risk tolerance in aviation, but after doing a lot of research and talking to some folks I really respect I decided to go with it.

I'll make a video and post a link when the project is done. I want to get performance numbers from the Sensenich and E-Prop.

Well I don't know if anyone wants a Airmaster prop for a 915is but I will be selling one in 2 months. Airmaster told me I could run the same prop on the 916 but now has said not to. The 915 uses 5/16 bolts and the 916 hub uses 3/8. So I am flying on climb setting which limits the engine to 5500rpm or 137hp which is acceptable for this prop. New prop is coming in 6 to 8 weeks...
Probably be half price of new 7500 plus 100$ for shipping. email me if there is any interest. hsdjp@yahoo.com
