    Default Pressure sensor, and gage

Hello all. Need some help. When starting my 912 UL up for the first time, the oil pressure needle pegged straight up as soon as I turned the power on and started to spin the prop. So I don't know if there is oil pressure or not,so I stopped and switched the wire on ⁷the oil sensor,,same as befor...the gage is a swift double need, and the temp side works as intended.. I don't know the manufacturer of the pressure sensor.. So I don't know what signal it's sending to the gage.. could that be what's pegging the needle? THANK

Unhook it from the sensor and see what it does. A direct ground I believe is what moves the needle all the way over. I think all I have had do that is usually a sender problem but a wire grounded would do the same. Unhooking should give you an idea.
