Pre-buy assistance

Hi everyone, long-time lurker here who is finally looking to buy his own Kitfox.

There is a IV-1200 that I'm interested in located in Half Moon Bay, California. I'm looking for either a knowledgable builder or an A&P (or ideally, both!) to assist in doing a pre-buy. Does anyone have any recommendations for someone in the area that might be able to assist?

Any insight would be most appreciated!
