Respectfully, I’d disagree with that. If it’s been hangared, the fabric won’t have deteriorated any faster than a Kitfox that’s been flown and maintained on an ongoing basis; and I don’t know of any of the 1990’s fleet that have had to be recovered (due to fabric issues) since the first covering (except for accident damage, being left outside, or owners just wanting to do a full rebuild).
Yes, it’ll need a good inspection, but I see no reason why it would be of concern.
