What oil do you use (both crankcase and to blend in the gas) in your 582?

You can use just about any 2 cycle oil. I personally use Mystic JT-4 sea and snow semi synthetic 2 stroke oil. This is what I use in my snowmobiles and is available locally at Farm and Fleet. It has a low pour point and it gets cold by me. I was flying in 5 deg F Temps this year.

For the prop gearbox I just use an 85/140 gear oil.

For coolant, I use a dexcool compatible coolant.

Is your engine a gray or blue head 582?
