    Default Warp Drive prop size?

    Hi all,

I need to replace the blades on my Kitfox Series 5 with a Rotax 912ULS due to a minor prop strike while doing maintenance. They all were damaged just enough to make them unrepairable, I will be sending in the gearbox for inspection for peace of mind.

The prop is a 70" 3 blade Warp Drive and I am thinking of ordering 68" replacement blades.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would think Warp Drive can give you the best advice, but I would imagine the 70" would be better suited for the 100 HP than the 68". I have a three blade 68" Warp I plan to use on a 80 HP 912. Price is the same on the blades so that isn't an issue. JImChuk

70" is what John McBean recommended for my KF 5 with a 912uls.
