    Simple horse math
    .125/.100 would be 25% lighter

Maybe someone will measure a standard Kitfox bubble door so we will know if the factory uses the 0.100" or 0.125".

Mine are .130, but that's with the protective film on both sides, so probably 0.125. One door, before trimming, weighs 6 lbs 8 oz. Mine were ordered from Kitfox and drop shipped by LP Aero.

    .100 is a 20% reduction in thickness from .125, not 25%. A .100 door should weigh a bit over 5 lbs.

I just email from Nikki at Kitfox, they only offer the lighter doors on factory builds, and the thicker ones for replacement doors???? Ill bet the weight difference is minimal anyway. too thicker ones is ok.
