    Default Dex Cool and water

I'm planning on putting 50% water in my 912 ULS with the other 50% Dex Cool concentrate. Is there any experience out there that might suggest a different ratio of water to Dex Cool or am I best to leave it at the 50% ratio?

IMO, 50% is good. Use distilled water.

I use what John does. Distilled water is best.

Decided to use 60% Dexcool and 40% DI H2O.

Theory being that on a trip if the thing needs to be topped off, easier to find H2O that coolant. Side benefit - raises the boiling temp a smidge.

Works fine - when I went from Evans to this mix, both oil and coolant temps ran significantly cooler.

    I use the premixed Dexcool.

On a long cross country, I just bring a jug with my tool kit.
