    Default Question for an admin

Just curious - I added a post to a previously existing discussion ("oil filter" in engines) but it didn't show up this morning under "new posts". Ordinarily I see new posts when "new posts" is selected regardless of what category the new post is in. I know a lot of the forum members start with "new posts" to easily see what has happened across the forum and this makes me curious if this feature has been changed or maybe we don't see our own new posts if no one has responded. (But I do recall this to not be the case for my previous posts - but memory being what it is . . . . . . . . ?)

It is still there. The website was busy last night and it is quite a ways down. Keep scrolling (currently 13 posts down) and you will find it.

I find that if I post to a thread, and then hit "New Posts" that it doesn't show up because since I was the last one to post to that thread and I already presumably read my post, which was the last one in the thread, that it is no longer "new" to me.
