    Chiming in on this for future builders...

    The tops of my ribs were lined up perfectly originally. Post polyfiber the wing was a bit higher. I left about 3/16" overhang, and beveled the bottom edge of the acrylic, did the finish sand with 1000 grit. Final install last night and it fit perfectly. No chafing of the fabric at all.

    Glad the windscreen worked out. I'll be there soon...

    Followed your build thread. Nice job. Agreed that the HVLP spray system made the paint process less painful.

    Interested in the wiring as I have the identical system as yours. Any insight is appreciated.
