Yes. My kid was saying 400 thousand for that helmet. Looked it up today on the internet. Guess you could buy four kitfoxes well decked out for the cost of that helmet!

Easy enough. Picked up an iron off the poly fiber website. Stays adjusted and is easy to use. 20% off for the holidays too. Used a regular iron for about half an hour and the auto shutoff didn’t help hold the temperature well.on to the other side now.

Covering is now on the left wing. Metal trim for the wing tip is installed too. Gave it all a good bath of MEK and am now ready for the first coat of poly brush. Rib stitching will follow soon.

First coat of poly brush on and now ready to rib stitch. Marked off the ends and holes for the reinforcing tape.
Put my order in for a power plant too. Planning to pick up the firewall forward package and engine about June.
