Quick build and pre-rigged option for the win! I liked setting all these rivets. I often think of those rivets when I am flying hitting the bumps.....hold strong little rivets!

    Default #1 rib stack

Just getting organized and trimmed the middle a bit like the factory does. These lift struts are going to save lots of time!

    Default Finally outside done

Spent time on the flaperon brackets. Installed all 20. Then got after sanding the wings followed by two coats of varnish. It was then ready to go outside for the installation of the #1 rib assemblies and the butt rib. Jury struts are all lined up too. I’m now done with the part with the wings needing to be on the fuselage.

Looking good. I'm about the same stage on my wings also. Good to watch yours coming along.

I have more glue smeared around than you do. You sure do a good job of cleaning up when you glue pieces !

Harlan. I found that a silcon edge tool works great as a scraper to get the extra then just a light wipe of alcohol.

Here's another option. I found this in a home center some years ago. It has a rounded silicone tip that makes beautiful beads in caulk. It's stiff enough that I'm sure it would work for Hysol. Might be a little big for tight spots, but it'll work in most locations. Look for them near caulks, sealants and adhesives.

Yes needs to be small enough to fit in between and I use the square corner mostly to get the excess hysol and the pop cycle stick for the rounding.
