    Default New plastic on doors

    Hi replacing door lexon my KF4 My one was reverted on.

    After I drilled out rivets i have bits of rivets loose inside door frame

    Anyone know best solution to get them out to stop them moving around

    I drilled one or two strategically place holes on the inside of the frame that were big enough for the rivet tails to come out. Then I shook the frame till all the tails came out. You can seal the holes later with RTV or a piece of aluminum tape.

    It's a de-tail job.
